Manchin made it clear last summer what he was willing to vote for. The democrats then turned the BBB into the green new deal and the price skyrocketed, so even he won't vote for it. I don't think being mad at him and threatening him in the media is going to persuade him.

I'm just surprised they didn't whisper sweet nothings in Romney's ear to get him on board. Or is the bill just that bad?
