I can vouch for this stuff personally, I took it all through my Covid recovery. And it has all but cured my mom’s mild arthritis! She got range of motion back in her hands after a week of taking it!

Just looked it up for use in pregnancy & breastfeeding, and it seems that it even boosts breast milk supply!

Interesting. Similarly, dandelion tea is marketed towards pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. I'm drinking it for its antiviral properties.
