Serious question.

It was clearly engineered. It’s clearly not dangerous. It clearly provides natural immunity.

If black hats can bioengineer and release bio weapons, can white hats bioengineer and release vaccines?

I agree, this is what I believed too. I am just repeating what Peter said just yesterday, Its possible he is wrong, he did not wuote any sources for that number.
