Serious question.

It was clearly engineered. It’s clearly not dangerous. It clearly provides natural immunity.

If black hats can bioengineer and release bio weapons, can white hats bioengineer and release vaccines?

I don't believe they needed to do anything personally other than educate those who were willing to be educated & be free.

That said, hypothetically IF they had released something I stand by that statement.
