Actually, better yet, if he wants to protect himself from everyone, he should put a thick plastic bag over his head, tie it closed around his neck, and wait for nature to take its course.

If he really wants to protect himself, he'd stay locked inside his home forever, stepping outside only to collect the food he ordered online, and asking someone to take his trash away.
