The article also talks about how Durham is looking at two baskets - Clinton and FBI and both will happen. He just predicts the next one will be FBI. Maybe they have to take turns, lol

Durham will indict those in FBI who are guilty, and at that point they will have to resign or get fired. Then Durham's team will prosecute - just like Meuller did with Manafort for example.
