That's a little trickier....
What's worked for me in the past is simply searching "Instagram / Twitter / Youtube (whichever platform you are trying to download from) video download tool"
Be very careful because there are shit tons of scam sites out there, NEVER download any software; ALL these tools that are legit, are available PURELY ONLINE / In a web browser.
You don't even have to install any plugins; NOTHING.
Again; be very super careful & if you have even the slightest doubt or suspicion, exit out, cancel, close!
That said, here are a couple sites that have worked great for me for downloading videos from YouTube + Twitter. You just paste the URL in, wait for a min, and done.
The twitter one takes you to a black page with the video you want to save; right-click anywhere on the video & hit "Save As / Save Target as" and should work.
