The fact checker is me. I did a little research and came back and posted the fact that you can check yourself. I have no idea why they built it that way. I do know it's not a fake Oval Office set as there is no carpet and a tiny desk.

The biggest point is the seating and that the Eisenhower auditorium has double doors exactly where the fake Oval has a single.
