Operation Warp Speed is literally what it means. Vaccines were bioweapons that were under development for almost 5 years (based on clues Trump has dropped abundantly) and needed another 5 years to be perfected. Trumped forced them to deploy it early, exposing it as its happening right now.
These "vaccines" did save millions of people because the alternative was to let them lock us down until they perfected their bioweapon and use it to enslave the humanity wiping out whomever they deemed unnecessary.
