He never said in this note the vacc saved millions world wide, only the production of vaccines so quickly. The two don't necessarily go hand in hand.
From the very beginning he's been boasting about the SPEED in which they were produced.
Yup very lawyerly speak.
It's not clear if he is proud of the vaccines themselves, or how fast he got them out and undermined their plans.
If you listen to Fauci, Gates, Wollensky, and vaxx fact checkers you'll notice they're all very lawyerly and indirect about the language they use to describe vaccine benefits, frequently in a sense of benefitting all of humanity rather than the individuals taking it. Knowing that they don't think of us as fellow humans is critical.
