Think about it. Trump is just now becoming very vocal in his support of the vaccine. Those of us who can see have had a year to see how very obviously bad the Big Pharma vaccines are. That's when Trump can safely recommend them--when he knows no one will listen.
I think this has more to do with the new Army vax than with trying to get his supporters to take the current vaxxes. Remember just over a year ago when Kamala and others said they wouldn't trust any vaccine Trump came out with? They were probably thinking Trump was going to come out with the Army vax then. If he had, the Army vax would have gotten the hydroxychloroquine treatment and none of the normies would have taken it. But instead we got the Big Pharma vaxxes and Kamala quickly changed her tune. Now Trump needs the Army vax to displace the Big Pharma vaxxes--not for our sake (because most of us aren't going to take any vax at all) but for the sake of the normies. He wants them to feel safe taking the Army vax, and how does he do that? By seeming to be in love with the Big Pharma vax. He knows Trump Derangement Syndrome will drive them to safety and end the pandemic narrative for good.
My hope is that the Army vax is the cure for the Big Pharma vaxxes. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. Happens all the time. Doesn't matter to us anyway because we probably aren't going to take any vax at all. But if I'm right then anyone here aggressively denouncing Trump for his vax recommendation will be eating humble pie.

Trump has been supporting the vaccines and saying he doesn't get enough credit for them for quite a while now, not just close to when the army vax was announced. He really didn't take any sort of new stance, he's said he supported and to get the vax at some of his rallies in the past.

Trump told us from the beginning that children are resistant to this virus and if they get it, they'll have no problem getting over it. He used Baron as an example saying he had it and got over it quickly. It's the parents responsibility to monitor everything they allow someone to inject their kids with. We have been too trusting, me included. Unfortunately, I can't go back and do it over. How many children with autism or cancer were poisoned with childhood vaccines and the parents went along with it without doing any research? This isn't the first time parents made a uninformed decision for their children.
Has Trump ever specifically said take Pfizer or Moderna? The military offering may well be a real vaccine since they have in fact 'followed the science' so he could be taking advantage of lack of info, general disinfo to tell us the truth.
Why would I want ANY vax for this illness that's treatable with HCQ or IVM? Why would I trust the Army vax any more than I would trust Pfeizer or Moderna?
