In my almost 50 years of IT experience I have always found the most vicious attack happen on a Holiday.
Maybe because our great enemy, Satan, hates Christians.
It’s because the whole IT department is on vacation. I work in IT and all of the important senior people have basically been on vacation since the start of the month
The shills also magically disappear whenever there is a Jewish holiday...
How can you tell?
That's the right time to attack, everyone is operating on a skeleton crew on Christmas and New Years, and to a slightly lessor extent, the week between the two holidays as many people either take the week off or aren't doing a lot.
(I've purposefully taken on calls during that week since nothing much happened usually... but if it did it was sometimes bad)
