When this all started, an "Insilco" (meaning simulated) computer generated genome sequence of about 30k base pairs was uploaded to a Chinese database. From this all the hysteria has started. From that, it appears that all the variants that have allegedly evolved, are a string of about 3k taken from that original genome sequence and called Delta, Omicron etc.

No where is a live purified sample of the virus has been supplied, even when the different health authority's have been challenged in court have they provided a sample, nor in any autopsy.

And yes, at least in my country in the first year of the coof the average yearly death figures were slightly below normal. And the flu had disappeared.
