I mean it’s echoing NATO plans onward for the same thing.
NATO asked several times how to essentially homogenize their block after William Webb did such “great work” in Italy etc rigging their elections.
People need to understand that blocks like NATO do not see voting as valuable. They see it as a threat. That’s why populism is a bad word in the press for 100+ years
