Sorry to burst your bubble, but tuberculosis is caused by bacteria. Not a virus. You treat it with antibiotics. Completely different animal.
Knowing the difference is fundamental to the equation, wouldn't you think?
Polio and smallpox ARE viruses, as is measles. Substitute "measles" for "tuberculosis", and your meme is accurate.

Viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites are all categories of pathogens (even though not all of them are pathogenic). Yes, you treat them differently, but you still treat them with some sort of therapy, because they also cause infectious diseases.

We call them "Microorganisms", if you graduated High School.
The difference between a virus and bacteria is an order of magnitude.
