I tried keto but I started feeling like shit after a couple weeks. You do need some carbs.
I got a diet plan from a CNA at my Drs office that makes a lot of sense. I shall impart it unto you now:
Breakfast: 1-2 servings of carbs
Lunch/dinner: 3-4 servings of carbs
Snacks: 0-1 serving of carbs
1 serving of carb = 15 grams
No skipped meals.
Portion controlled sizes.
NO: soda, cereal, juice, or alcohol.
30 minutes of purposeful exercise such as walking at least 5 days per week.
Always pair carbs with a protein or good fat (ex: half an apple with 1TBSP peanut butter).
Basically you're just limiting your carb intake to the amounts stated.
She told me that if you follow this to the letter, you will absolutely lose weight and get in shape, and increase your metabolism. I'm weaning off Diet Pepsi, the only addiction I have, then I'll be all in.
One of the advantages of keto is you can skip meals and it won't fuck with you. I've gone an entire day without eating before and barely noticed. Then have a day where I pig out on ribs.

Any follow up to this recommending a schedule for parasites in humans?
Good question. I have a ton of ivermectin and need to find a proper protocol. I need to cut my sugar/carb intake and go zero carb.
