Last year's ornament was of JFK's Presidential Portrait. Also the back of the ornament has this engraved on it:
"On the other side of the ornament, there is a quote from President Johnson: Our mission is at once the oldest and the most basic of this country: to right wrong, to do justice, to serve man."
It is the same ornament that Biden was hanging on this tree at the corner of 17th & Q in DC as seen here. In the 2nd higher-definition pic you can see the Secret-Service SUV's front license-plate is 001817 adding another 17 into this mix.
Also never thought about it but I wonder if the 2020 ornament being Kennedy's Presidential Portrait has any relevant symbolism?

Side-note: look at the little decorations along the rim of the ornament, if you count them (including the ones fully-covered) there are 17 of them.

Biden hung the ornament, which looks like an upside-down Q itself, on a Christmas tree next to a USSS SUV that its license-plate ends in 17.
