It really does seem like a ploy to (among other things) diminish the lives of women. The unfairness is so in-your-face that it's prime Red Pill material, though.

Well , they aren't wrong. He has since the fall of Adam and Eve and will soon be coming down ( thrown out ) from the heavens with his fallen " angels of light ".
