Yeah, that’s not how pancreatic cancer works. It takes you quickly and horribly. There are outliers like my late uncle, but they’re a tiny minority. The whole “oh Ruthie has PanCan and is doing fine” narrative was immediately BS to family members of that cancer’s victims.
