Yeah I saw the thing in his hand. I just wasn't sure if he was being weird with a loud noise outside or what. But yeah the dude is looking fit! Getting me all hot and bothered to hit the gym again. It's been a LONG time coming lol. Fatherhood has given me a little extra body to work with and I think it's time I parted ways with the extra weight lol
