Word to the wise⦠your mainstream history books are Bolshevik fan fiction.
You might as well be reading the World Health Organization or World Economic Forum reports on global warming or the Covid holocaust hoax.
Surprising how accurate your comment is based on ongoing reveals.. should have expanded the heading to say DO YOUR RESEARCH TO FIND ACTUAL HISTORY
One of the most red-pilling rabbit holes I ever went down was researching where the "six million" number originated.
We are told to never forget the six million, so I felt a duty to those who died and the millions of death camp survivors, to understand.
It's a fascinating ride which starts in Russia before leading to military tribunals in Germany, red faces in Poland and end in forensic science labs from a dozen countries. Four becomes six, becomes one, becomes none. Wow, what a ride!
Very true. Not all of them, but the majority at this point. If you want to know if a history book is bullshit, check the inline citations. If there aren't any, it's trash. E.g. Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States. If there are, check the elipses... That's where historians get all their power to lie.
Check the bibliography. Good history cites almost entirely primary sources. Fake, ideologically driven history mostly cites other historians, i.e secondary sources.
Two sources for a very simple Red Pill on this topic:

Death by Government, by R. J. Rummel
Rummel spent his career researching murder by governments. His well-documented conclusion: Governments in the 20th century murdered over a quarter-billion people (mostly "their own" citizens). That is IN ADDITION to war dead.
Edit: And on Communist governments specifically, see
The Black Book of Communism: Crimes, Terror, Repression
BTW, the Foreward is titled "The Uses of Atrocity"
I found his site years ago and it was a major red pill for me regarding socialism. Highly recommend!
SOOOO True! I've given people examples from history and all I get is a bewildered look and "That would never happen in this day and age".
Reading history just keeps getting harder to do. All of it written by the Victor's, currently being rewritten for which ever way the political narrative goes, and the actual truth of it is buried/ hidden in a dozen secret societies. Which of course we are stuck in the middle of their war right now.
The read your history kind of hurts my heart because I was a History major. After having followed Q from the start, I am questioning everything I learned. I still read lots of history but now I question everything I read - it can get exhausting.
Note that I do get your meaning, OldPatriot. This just an example of govt's disarming their people. We could add Venezuela , Australia, France, etc:
1911 β Turkey disarmed its citizens, and between 1915 β 1917 they murdered 1.5 million Armenians.
1929 β Russia disarmed its citizens - between 1929 β 1953 they murdered 20 million Russians.
1935 β China disarmed its citizens - 1948 β 1952 they murdered 20 million Chinese.
1938 β Germany disarmed its citizens - 1939 β 1945 they murdered 16 million Jews and their own citizens.
1956 β Cambodia disarmed its citizens -1975 β 1977 they murdered 1 million Educated people.
1964 β Guatemala disarmed its citizens - 1964 β 1981 they murdered 100,000 Mayan Indians.
1970 β Uganda disarmed its citizens -1971 β 1979 they murdered 300,000 Christians.
