Supplementing with magnesium and vitamin D3 and K2 helped with my back pain. There's lots research out there on this and most people are deficient in these vitamin/minerals.
If you take magnesium, you should take D3. When you take D3 you should take K2. These are often available in the same capsule. Throw a decent amount of vitamin C in the mix also because amongst other things, it helps D3 work.
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is great as well, has the "same active ingredient", Sulfur as Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO).
I take MSM disolved in a glass of water internally and diluted DMSO (50% - 70%) topically. Please inform yourself before considering taking it, especially DMSO!
Edit: As u/MemetallyPostarded pointed out, D3, K2 and Magnesium are very important as well if one lives far from the equator...
No matter what western medicine thinks, there are a lot of people who know about its efficacy. A horse trainer told me about it. I buy it at the feed store in the horse supplies. Use it on them and myself.
Yeah, the league that claims to care so much about their players hid what they knew about concussions for decades. Knowingly allowed players to abuse steroids like candy in the 70s and didn’t do anything about it. They’re a bunch of hypocrites. But they claim to care about player safety but then don’t do anything about the most egregious headhunters in the sport like Vontaze Burfict. Some token suspensions? He should’ve been kicked out of the league if they cared about player safety. Fuck the NFL. I don’t waste my time on it anymore.

Why has noone ever told me? I've been suffering from bodybuilding caused inflammation for years and stopped working out now. Will it help in that regard?
Depends where the inflammation is and what type? For instance, DMSO is very effective on tendons, but less so on other body parts. It really depends. But I would definitely look into it.
i use it in my CLO2, but everyone needs to be careful, make sure your skin and hands are clean, DMSO will help anything like a drug get through the skin quickly. For muscle and joint pain, do you use it alone or with something? Also, I want to say that I have had years of joint pain but since I started drinking CLO2 and DMSO my joints have never felt better.
My dad was using DMSO 30-35 years ago for his knees as a jogger/bike rider. He died at 94 from alzheimer's 3 years ago. He swore by it, but it did give him that garlic smell so I imagine he was using an industrial grade product.
The interesting thing about it is that you can mix whatever you want into it, since it is a solvent. So you can put other medicines, pain killers etc. and then absorb it right into the pain spot. Pretty cool stuff.
NFL also secretly uses DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide) for pain, which isn't allowed by western medicine for the plebs.
I get it on Amazon (I know, shoot me) and use it on my knees...
Rumor has it, DMSO is the sole reason Kamala can still get around...
😂
My hat is tipped in your general direction

Is Amazon the cheapest to get it or just the easiest? Also, what brand are you getting?
I drink 1 tsp 99% mixed with distilled water every night.
Dose it actually work?

Western medicine is now whatever Pfizer, j&j, Bayer, Merck agrees on. Everything else is considered pseudo-science or prohibited.
Realize people know about it, I've used gallons of it in my life. I've drank quite a bit of 99%, harmless.

It is allowed, just controlled

DMSO has been used by tennis and other pros for decades my friend. It is very common. Used for inflammation and very effective.
Why has noone ever told me? I've been suffering from bodybuilding caused inflammation for years and stopped working out now. Will it help in that regard?
Definitely
Interesting, before the workout or when I have pain?

Thats exactly where my problems are. I'm buying that stuff as soon as I'm back in a country that allows me to enter a gym without testing.

Where did you get your CLO2?

No shit, Oprah!
I said it isn't allowed to be used for pain legally by our fake medical system. Look it up.
Ok friend, relax. We are all brothers here. Just trying to get to the point. Ok? Thicken your skin a bit. You would have died in boot camp.
