My dad's the same way. Wants Justice NOW, or nothing is happening. A borderline sooner honestly. But I just try to encourage patience and to just watch the show. Things ARE happening. Just now exactly what everyone wants to happen. The biggest thing for me is recognizing when I WANT something and when I NEED something. And God helped me realize that what I NEED will come from Him at the proper time, and what I WANT may not be part of His Almighty plan
