Scott is an idiot. Just read the drivel he just wrote. Any time someone has to write/say shit this way means they’re a narcissistic asshole of the highest caliber. Any normal decent person would flat out say “I was wrong and completely misinformed.” This guy can’t fathom being completely wrong and got duped.
What he should be saying, is he was blinded by media driven fear in his decision to get vaxxed.
Give him time (it is fun to watch). He is slowly coming around. It is Exhibit A for a person with a very large ego that is realizing he made a grave mistake, and struggling coming to terms over it (being wrong).
A few days ago, he was still insisting that people declining the vaxx did not make a rational decision (link below).
Right, these "professional intellectual" types have been some of the biggest contributors to our current situation. They always show up right when people have doubts about the system, manipulating people to stay within the status quo even when it's against their self interest.
These people usually are also not as smart as they think they are, they just understand rhetoric and use that against the commoner. Evil stuff
They’re professional intellectuals because they are accredited (or implicitly endorsed) by the system. Whether they realize it or not, they’re conditioned to reenforce the narrative.
I predicted Trump’s victory too, but people don’t go around saying how much cred my opinion has because of it - because it was obvious. Only reason people talk about him is because he has celeb appeal. I think part of the great awakening is abandoning giving people credibility because of the celeb status, and relying on reason only. Otherwise we find out later we were delegating our thought to someone dumb enough to get the vax.
He has an always-on fanclub telling him he's right in his superchats or whatever, in that environment you can always disregard criticism as "haters and trolls", the fact he missed how that might blinker him terribly as a "rational human" is itself telling.
Yep, I recall a while back, he was shocked, and thought his commenters were crazy when they suggested that Bill Gates does not have everyone's best interests at heart. That was when I stopped giving him much credibility at all.
He has a long way to go on his path to enlightenment, suffice to say.
He's made a conscious choice not to do anything that would get him banned from Twitter or YouTube. He's accepted that that means tolerating himself telling lies to some degree.
To this date, no one has done a better job of showing how the Deep State fucked with the election, and why this method made it hard to detect and easy to deflect accusations.
Scott has not taken sides, because he wants the greatest number of people to come to a deeper understanding of the art of tricking people with media and linguistic manipulation. I think that makes him a pussy, refusing to take the right side and to equip its members with superior propaganda tools.
I like Scott. But he thinks we are in a pandemic, and not a war. His opinion can only go so far.

Pretty much. This is most normies right now.

As they say, life boils down to a series of decisions. One bad one can ruin every good one you ever made.

I'd buy you a beer.
You like an idiot. It’s fine. I like some myself.
Idk... Guy put out a lot of shit that was on target during Trump’s term. I think he even predicted Trump’s victory.
But he missed completely by getting the juice. And that was a costly one to miss on. He failed the most important IQ test.

TLDR he's retarded.
