I arrived at 10am with my sick daughter. She has a fever, sore throat, body ache and headache. Sick now for 2 days.I have to wait hours to see a fucking doctor because the clinic is overwhelmed with healthy people needing covid tests for travel or work. WTF?!? People who are actually sick can’t get help because healthy people are being forced to test just to live their fucking lives.
Edited to add: this gets even more ridiculous. The clinic doesn’t bill insurance for rapid tests. You have to pay out of pocket for a rapid covid test $150, and $175 for a rapid flu/covid test. And they don’t stock the plain old rapid flu test so you have no choice but to either get the bogus discontinued PCR test or pay to get the rapid test. They don’t tell you this until you wait 2+ Hours to see a dr. What a fucking racket!
FYI, grandson (12) came home with those symptoms, passed it to me and 3 year old granddaughter. It tested positive as Covid. We all rested at home, one really bad day, 4 or 5 needed for recovery, but we all got over it and are now naturally immune.
Why get tested ?
Had to in order to return to school, daycare, work. And everyone in the house had because they came in contact with us.
I’m sorry, are you in Russia ? Maybe I can’t relate as I am in Florida, so once the beaches opened back up in April of 2020, things have been mostly normal. I try to pretend like Covid doesn’t exist
I’m in florida. There are still places with restrictions like schools. Of course, I could choose to ignore them with the break, but I see how this goes.
Can't do that in Michigan. State is corrupted to hell.
Sounds like typical cold/flu/detox season -- in the Winter.
Same here. I got it the worse (bad for 1 day, lots of sleep). I was also tested for work (medical field) and was immedicately offered monoclonal antibodies, of which I declined. I told the nurse i feel great and that I took Ivermectin earler in the day while highlighting my pureblood status. I'm hoping ou friendly conversations stick out to her when she thinks back on all the vax'd a-holes that she tested that day.
