While the picture can be found with these stories, from what I saw the name (Vitor Godinho) is correctly labeled below the picture.

For whatever reason, the story is trying to find sympathy with the kids picture, but it isn't saying this is the 12yo Belgian girl and the 13yo London boy. This is the 14 yo Portuguese boy named Vitor Godinho who also died of Covid (apparently).
