They clearly spell out that under the Law of Armed Conflict? American citizens can be tried in MILITARY TRIBUNALS, and suffer EXECUTION if guilty if it is determined that they have behaved as ENEMY COMBATANTS. An “enemy combatant” goes even beyond the Crime of TREASON, if and when they coordinate with any declared enemy FOREIGN POWER to fight against the United States and its People. Recall that as of September 14, 2001? We are in a DECLARED WAR on TERROR, including any foreign government that participates in such.
