Yes, the double headed eagle. This was another symbol I was waiting for Zeitreise to point out u/TheTurdFerguson.
Note the two heads representing the fork in the Y.
Also note, that with the full sized double headed eagle, the Y is also upside down at the bottom, and the two feet each represent a fork in the Y.
