Roasted garlic...manna from Heaven! 😸 real whole fresh foods are the best! Also eating foods in season...have some fresh asparagus and Brussels sprouts ready for cooking tomorrow. Yum! This is the way God meant us to eat.
I do culinary and some medicinal herbs. Leaving a pear and fig tree behind. Lots of tomatoes and carrots and green onions. My property was garden limited but not the new one. Full sun, raised beds.

I lost my persimmon & pear trees to hurricane RITA ...sad because they were planted /grafted by my Paw Paw. We still have 7 Pecan Trees, a fig tree as big as a double garage, 2 other small figs, 2 key limes, Meyer lemon, pomegranate and an olive tree and live in the home he built with his own hands in the 30's. I feel blessed because for me family is everything. Take care fren!!

Absolutely. Looking forward too o a productive garden in 2023
I only from kitchen herbs, 3 types of figs and a pomegranate tree, but there's a greenhouse and more food in my future. My PawPaw would be so proud!
