Because it's not His plan he's referring to. He says, "Everyone is scared that the weight of the system is crashing down on me. But I know something you don't...it's the system that's going to break. Not me."

How do you think he knows something we don't? Because he has no idea we are discussing devolution here, he believes we are clueless. However, is that not confirmation that devolution is a reality? He Knows!

I don't trust anyone. Including Trump. Doesn't mean I don't like his policies etc. He might like his policies but doesn't like or trust him like me. Let's not be like liberals and do this black and white thing.
