What's the Duramectin dosing instructions?

Have a sick relative. Anyone know or have a link with instructions to properly dose the paste?

0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg daily of ivermectin for 7-10 days. The paste is 18.7 mg of ivermectin per gram of paste. 6 grams of paste per tube. Typically adults will get 2 to 4 doses per tube unless they are on the larger side.
