Taking over a major political party is more productive than protesting. Not saying the Republican Party has been conquered the Republican Party yet, but progress is being made. Think about the local school boards and city councils being taken over. And the grassroots effort to monitor election fraud in Virginia.

Protests are impressive, but if they lack a political outcome they accomplish nothing. Protests can actually play into the hands of the government because they consume a lot of energy that produce negligible political change. Takeover a political party, knock on doors, register voters, monitor elections, that will make a bigger difference.
