Q said 'no outside comms' meaning that Q ONLY posts on 4chan/8chan/8kun with the real trip codes.

No outside comms means that Q won't start posting on Twitter or Facebook or something and if someone does claim to be Q on another platform they are fake.

Scavino has never claimed to be Q, so no outside comms Does. Not. Apply. Scavino is the right hand man to Trump and posts cryptic shit CONSTANTLY, especially Q related as does the Il Donaldo Trumpo account. There is no reason to not look into their cryptic shit they post.
