This is fascinating. A message board that I frequent had a thread asking how folks will spend Jan 6, and the level of MSM gaslighting that works its way out into the resident libs' comments is absolutely apparent.
*Some have said that Capitol PD members were killed by rioters.
*Others attest that Babbitt was advancing on officers with drawn weapons, so she deserved to get shot.
*Still others say she was aware of Michael Byrd's drawn weapon (insinuating that he was directly in front of her as she went through the window of the barricaded door. (He fired from within the doorway of an adjacent office to her left, btw).
This is one of the primary differences between the modern left and the right.
I wish there was a way to do this without dishonest liberals cheating, but were it possible, I'd propose this:
Your favorite liberal picks a dozen of his progressive buddies, and one of us (I'll call my own number since it's my hypothetical) picks a dozen of our own folks, and ask them to recreate the 5 minutes leading up to Ashli Babbitt's shooting from memory.
Then you compare those accounts with established video footage. I know my patriots have watched it relentlessly. Can the Maddow fanboi brigade say the same?
The disparity between the accounts would be jaw-dropping.
It's like the children's game "telephone." People's perception of facts depends on who they get it from, who they trust.
