This documentary on sugar is what changed my diet, https://youtu.be/9E9bnjwQG9s funny to think that things “they” say are healthy are packed with sugar.
Just check out the menu choices for someone who's in the hospital - lots of high-carb choices: sodas, juices and deserts containing sugar and/or high fructose corn syrup; potato-, pasta-, and rice-based entrees; beans; sweetened breakfast cereals; breads, pastries and muffins with frosting and/or jellies; etc. (Not good for keeping parasites/cooties at bay in order to heal.)
Patients really have to make an effort to read labels/nutrition info in order to select higher nutritive-value, low-carb food.
I'll have to check that out. For me it was this video of a speech Dr. Robert Lustig gave. - https://youtu.be/nxyxcTZccsE After watching I cut almost all sugar of my diet for 2 years. It was tough at first but it was worth it. One of the things that people don't realize is how out of balance their gut micro biome becomes when you keep feeding those bad bacteria. With the overuse of antibiotics, high sugar diets, alcohol intake, masks, and other variables, I'm willing to bet half of the population is a walking yeast infection.
