After I noticed the IV bag was labelled as saline, the nurse told me they injected the antibody stuff into the saline bag. I recovered quickly after the treatment and haven't noticed side effects, but there are no documented long-term side effects for these treatments.

Have to disagree with you. I got regeneron and it was in fact 4 separate needles.
They simply didn't have the manpower to apply IVs to everyone as it was a free service and the demand was high.
