I am considering a nebulizer to use with 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. I work at a hospital and my lungs are toast after all of the mask wearing so if any more knowledgeable than me could weigh in I’d really appreciate it. I am considering a Pari Proneb Max from Just Nebulizers.

Look into Dr McCullagh's iodine protocols. Nebulizers should be used as a treatment for illness. Using one regularly may have a down side by further weakening the lungs. Better to prophylactically target the upper airway.

I get it about chronic mask wearing. Been wearing one for decades and they have done their damage. Constant low O2 and increased CO2 levels from wearing surgical masks was something we never thought about or were taught. I was always curious why certain parameters in my bloodwork indicated and acidic condition. It was staring me in the face the whole time - literally. You can also get some relief from using the saline powder packets that come for use with a neti pot. If you don't have a nebulizer yet, you can always boil a small amount of water in a saucepan, mix in the saline powder, and breathe it in that way. A towel over the head helps to keep the steam concentrated. Be careful, of course.

It is Dr Thomas Levy's evidence for the use of hydrogen peroxide via nebulizer to kill any germs in the airway passages (including covid). This can prevent and treat illness. He says that most people can use the 3% peroxide, sold OTC, full strength (does not have to be food grade). If it makes your nasal passages burn, then diluted with equal parts of water or saline will work just as well. The more dilute the peroxide solution, the longer it takes to recover, if you are ill. Interestingly, Dr Levy also says that germs we inhale and then swallow (post nasal drainage) can trigger or exacerbate gut problems like IBS or food sensitivities. Another report I read today said that it takes 3-5 days after exposure for germs to over-power our nasal defenses and cause illness. So, if you are well, you wouldn't even have to treat every day, though the book did recommend it after work for those with heavy exposure.
The book also explains why doctors poo-poo nebulized peroxide. It has not been researched due to the cost of research vs the low cost of treatment, which the researchers could not recoup.
I got a generic nebulizer on Amazon and bought some regular 3% peroxide at the super market. At the time I bought it, I was struggling with a persistent cough that wouldn't go away.
I used the nebulizer and the 3% peroxide. I didn't water it down. I poured maybe a teaspoon into the little container. I adjusted the opening to set the amount of vapor to approximately halfway open and then powered it up.
I put the mask on my face and breathed "normally" for about 15 minutes. I did three sessions a few days apart.
I did notice the first couple of treatments that my nose would run and I would constantly need to wipe it. I figured I was expelling stuff I didn't need.
After the third treatment, I was already feeling good and the persistent cough was gone. This was last May or June. I've been fine ever since.
Hope this helps someone out there.
I use one by a company called Omron. I think the only real difference is the noise level, and whether it has a mask-style thing or a tube-style thing. And whether it's battery powered or not.

All the doctors I have talked to immediately reject the idea...? Makes me suspicious, they just right it off without explaining why, they just say no. I'm told you need a prescription to get a non-fake one.
The prescription thing is absolutely fake. Chain pharmacies will tell you that it's only with prescription because of insurance pricing. In order to get insurance payments, they need to sell it at a "standard discount for insurance providers," so they raise the price accordingly. Which means the pharmacist can sell it to you at the price of your co-pay plus the insurance money if you have a prescription so the insurance pays. But no prescription means no insurance which means the non-insurance price is stupidly high.
But you can get it for cash at half that fake price at an independent pharmacy or Amazon. With no prescription. Sorry for the rant.

The woman I spoke with said that they have been getting thousands of calls from all over the country due to Robert Kennedy Jr.s Fauci book and the Dr. Mercola article.
