That’s my take as well. The FIBbies are pretty simple to track when we get down to it.
I’ve had many encounters and what makes it more obvious is when they are not taken in regularly. The FBI, in my experience, doesn’t casually sit back and observe. They are very weighty and tend to lean and make themselves known. One of my sources is a guy with autism and without giving too much away they couldn’t find a way to intimidate him that he would notice so they finally literally called his landlord and had him evicted to exert their pressure tactics. They also have made themselves known to me many times - first when I was in middle school. They literally pulled me out of class to speak to me. That wasn’t a negative interaction - it just did show me they were willing to do a lot to make it known they were around.
