Ok - the date on vid was last summer - maybe I misread it or it was just released - sorry - your stuff is always pretty accurate.

That news report was from December 19th. The assault occurred last July. Im not sure when they charged him but being an FBI agent Im sure there was a thorough investigation. Six months in a case like this isnt a long time from arrest to arraignment. The reporter said the arraignment was taking place on on December 20th. This was the first time the bodycam footage has been shown.
