So my horse came down with a nasty case of worms, he’s got a rare genetic disorder and runs small for horses … he’s about 215lbs .. I’ve got a tube of Farnam’s Ivermectin paste on hand.. how would you guys go about dosing him? Also say my dog came in contact with the horse … is this particular brand safe for all species?

Not genetic disorder, is common i have a herd have dosed them all about the same. about a half inch and do not worry you cant buy enough of it to accidently overdose , so your good.
I gave some to my dog, because I saw a worm in her poo. It worked.
We put paste on cattle for the same reason. Get it all over our hands. No probs
