Have you noticed more and more hospital staff are calling in sick? That nornies are constantly getting sick over and over again? The Karen's on my wife's fb are constantly complaining about this being the worse flu season ever. These are the same people who go nuts demanding others get jabbed.
During "Alpha" and "Delta" there were no shortage of staff due to covid. It was the normal perpetual shortage that they've been complaining about for years.
Now, however, it's become a major issue due to covid sickness for a variant that is, according to them, up to 90% less dangerous.
This is the beginning of the real plandemic.
Anecdotally I don't know anyone who has gotten sick recently. Also the staff shortages right now are from all the holdouts that were fired for refusing the jab and some of those people they're begging them now to return.

There's a pattern. Jabbed around me have been getting sick repeatedly for the last 1-2months. Jabbed or no jab are getting a seasonal cold right now but it's lingering with the jabbed
Seems to me majority are vaxxed that are getting sick. Of course could be a sampling error in that most people around me are vaxxed so that is all who appear getting sick.
My husband (un-jabbed) , daughter (jabbed) and I (un-jabbed) are all just getting over bring sick... We are in SW Utah. Several restaurants here closed due to staff shortages because people are sick...
