Well, that's nonsense that it gives prosecutors "more ammo," just because doofus Cruz has an uninformed opinion on something. Next, will AOC's opinion be "more ammo," too?

But yeah, fuck Cruz. This is the guy who is a "constitutional scholar," yet does not know that he is not eligible to be POTUS, and raises huge money for it. His wife is CFR.

Cruz is a fake Texan and a fake Patriot.

He also is either clueless about what happened last year, or is knowingly spreading lies.
