The media had 100 million begging for a vaccine. Imagine how bad he’d look if he said ‘no you can’t have one’, or ‘no because the deep state has poisoned them’. He’d look like a tyrant or a nut. He has the damn most difficult job of all time.

THAT hits the nail on the head, Helpus2021. One of Trump's most impressive achievements is getting ANYTHING done at all considering how almost every damn mainstream organization and millions of compromised or stupid people worked night and day to sabotage everything he did.

That photoshopped John Wick photo with Wick replaced by Trump, surrounded by pistols pointed at his head, was genius. Here's one version:
