Kazakhstan has been a Deep State asset where NGOs are well established there. The Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan (SFK) is part of the Open Society Foundations, which operates openly there. Soros has been the coordinator of a world-wide campaign concerning the use of oil revenue through his Open Society Institute. Kazakhstan is part of the Caspian Sea oil basin, which has been greatly over-hyped for the amount of oil reserves there.
The Afghanistan War was actually more about the building of a pipeline from the Caspian basin through Afghanistan to Karachi, Pakistan than capturing some terrorist living in a cave there. That was really the excuse and cover story to invade Afghanistan. What really occurred is that the Taliban, a former ally to the United States, refused Bush's offer to build and run the pipeline and instead went with an Argentina company (Bridas Argentina) pissing off Bush family. Enron had already bought up much of western India's power plants and the proposed pipeline was to bifurcate into India and provide the fuel for powering Enron's power plants. The rest was to be exported from the port of Karachi to a hungry European and Asian economy.
As I mentioned earlier, the Caspian Sea oil basin was greatly over-estimated. As far as I know, the pipeline was never built, Enron is gone, and all the investments made in Kazakhstan was wasted. Kazakhstan is still an oil producing nation, but not the titan that it was once thought it would be.
Kazakhstan was created out of a Russian territory by the Bolsheviks, and if Kazakhstan loses its head, Russia will need to correct this Bolshevik decision. The Kazakhstan government has enjoyed a friendly relationship with Moscow. I believe this relationship was a balancing act to show confidence to Moscow that Nur-Sultan (Astana) was a friend to Russia while anti-Russia Western NGOs and globalist interests permeated Kazakhstan. With the violence now occurring, Moscow isn't taking any chances. It is being reported they are sending in their military.
The vast majority of citizens in Kazakhstan were opposed to the name change of their capital to Nur-Sultan from Astana. This fact alone could provide a clue to how the people felt about their government. Some people are saying there may be 'Svidomism' (Russophobia) behind the violence now taking place. I don't believe this compares to the Maiden induced ant-Russia violence in the Ukraine. The are Soros NGOs actively operating, but the violence appears to be from 'some' other source of frustration. The gas price hike being reported as the source of the revolt is far too simplified, but may be part of the overall issues the citizens are revolting over. It appears there are many factors existing for this revolt against the government. One thing for sure though. Russia is not going to allow the Kazakhstan to become another Ukraine.
There's a longer history involving the building of Nur-Sultan (Astana). I believe that the Nur-Sultan (Astana) was built based on the over-hyped Caspian Oil basin revenues. You would have to understand the immense wealth believed to exist and the huge economic benefits at stake concerning the Caspian Sea basin oil reserves.
According to testimony before the US House of Representatives in March 1999 by the conservative think tank, Heritage Foundation, the Caspian Sea basin was thought to contain 15 billion barrels of proven oil reserves. These countries (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) also have confirmed gas deposits totaling not less than nine trillion cubic meters. Another study by the Institute for Afghan Studies estimated the total worth of oil and gas reserves in the Caspian Sea basin at around 3 trillion dollars at year 2000 prices.
On December 27, 2002, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Turkmenistan signed a framework agreement for a 3.2 billion dollar gas pipeline project. It becomes apparent that the war against terrorism in Afghanistan had been a smoke screen to allow special interests to build the pipeline through Afghanistan. The 9/11 disaster allowed for Halliburton; an oil drilling company that former CEO Dick Cheney directed, Unocal; an oil and gas pipeline construction company, Enron; an energy trading company, which has stakes in India (the Dabhol power plant) for selling energy, and other oil and gas entities to make the Afghanistan pipeline possible. The Bush family had close ties to all these entities, including the Saudi Bin Laden Group. Is it ironic the Bush family have deep masonic and Nur-Sultan (Astana) seems to echo this?
Several nations were vying for control of the Caspian Sea basin oil reserves. Israel was one of them. As a powerful lobbying force, they had pushed for a proposed Baku-Ceyhan pipeline. Originally, the proposal was to extend from Baku, Azerbaijan, a port city on Caspian Sea to Ceyhan, Turkey. This would allow Israel to draw oil from it since Turkey is Israel’s only Middle East ally. Even though oil companies were overwhelmingly opposed to it, Israel insisted on building this most expensive pipeline. It is estimated one million barrels of oil is required for an economically viable Baku-Ceyhan pipeline to proceed. Unfortunately, Azerbaijan has found very disappointing amounts of oil in its territory. Subsequently, the Israeli and American interests were then proposing to obtain oil from Kazakhstan. On March 26, 2001 London’s tells“Financial Times” reported the U.S. “succeeded” in getting Kazakhstan to sign a memorandum that it “might” send oil across the Caspian to a future Baku-Ceyhan oil pipeline.
A very similar situation concerning the instability of Afghanistan had occurred with the Bush Administration’s negotiations with the Taliban for building a pipeline from Kazakhstan through Afghanistan to the Pakistani port city of Karachi. It is well known that the American petroleum giant Unocal was very interested in this project and pursued it for years. However, in 1998 its efforts were thwarted because of the Afghanistan civil war and then after bin Laden was accused of blowing up two American embassies in Africa. This caused the Taliban to become diplomatically isolated. The regional instability halted any further discussions of the Afghanistan pipeline. Although, Bridas, a former Argentinean oil firm was favored by the Taliban and was willing to start building the pipeline despite the civil war.
From this you can see Nur-Sultan (Astana) as a very central theme to all of this.
That all seems to add up. The part that confused me was in your original post where you said Astana was allied more with Russia than with the Soros NGOs.
Astana is full of cabal / NWO symbolism. And Russia opposes the NWO.
What I meant by this was metaphorically describing the government of Kazakhstan just as Moscow and Washington describes the governments of Russia and the United States.
You are absolutely correct though about the Cabal/NWO symbolism. I believe the government of Kazakhstan has been a Janus outwardly playing up to Russia as a friend and 'ally' when this has all been a facade for establishing a globalist Cabal center.

AMEN.
A lot of what you said makes sense, but what about the fact that Astana seems to be an HQ for the cabal? https://thephaser.com/2018/01/astana-kazakhstan-the-new-world-order-secret-city/
