Curious if that is because suppliers have moved production and packaging away from institutional customers? During the lockdown there was a lot of wasted product because it was produced and packaged for restaurants and other large institutions.
Add into that the continuing uncertainty of in person schooling. It is possible these suppliers have shifted to supply retail customers where there products are in demand and demand is more certain than schools or businesses that might be shutdown with little warning.
