Ted Cruz's recent "coming out as a RINO party" was instructive. What did Q say? FOLLOW THE WIVES. Where does Ted's wife work? Goldman Sachs—the GOLD STANDARD when it comes to deep state flacks. What did we learn? There are no white hats/black hats in DC. THERE IS ONLY 'LEVERAGE.'

So the embassy is considered sovereign soil then? For example if a mother decides on a "home" birth, that's as good as being born in the 50 states or any US territory?
A US Embassy is not sovereign US soil. It is foreign soil but certain degrees of legal jurisdiction are ceded to the US by treaty with that foreign nation and standardized international law.
US law says that an asylum-seeker must be physically present in the US to apply for asylum ( Affirmative Asylum Process ). Being on embassy property is apparently insufficient.
We also had a case in which a US Marine tried to sue the government of Iran based on the premise that the US Embassy was US soil and that failed.
So, is a child of two Germans, born on US Embassy property, automatically a US Citizen as if born on US soil? No.
