I figured it out —how else will they get Omicron to spread? My unvaxxed son was sent home from school due to contact with a Covid positive kid, BUT if he was boosted (had to have 3), then my son could have stayed in school. Their rules are keeping the virus going.
That is part of mass formation tactics. The narrative must change often, so that the population tunes into the profferings from dear leader.
