2 hop rule means anyone in contact with anyone in contact with anyone who was there.
That's just 1 of the many ways. Keyword searches or keywords in comments. It's dystopian but that's the world we live in. For now.
Oh that’s not the definition you gave in the previous comment. I would be surprised if the two hop rule applied to me, since I’m not in contact with anyone who was there, and as far as I know nobody at least that I regularly talk with knows anyone who was there
Yeah in the previous comment I related what someone I know who FOIA'd himself told me. But FBI has 2 hop rule so it goes further out. Used to be 3 hop rule. It's part of what they used on trump and his campaign.
By getting FISA on papadopoulos and/or Carter page, they were able to gain access to communications on so many.
