Really? I thought the issue was that the court wanted their private information that was company content.
So anyway, they have a choice, hand over the content that is normally and should always be company (proprietary) information, thereby allowing a precedent to be set that will affect all future such companies and projects, or just shut it all down.
They are choosing the latter.
