She is dumb in the sense that she either genuinely believes in communism offering a better outcome than freedom, or failing that, dumb to believe we aren't wise to the scam of communism ourselves.

I take the point though, they rely on us thinking they're dumb, because you cant fix stupid, but you can fix manipulating criminal with a rope.
